Demi Lovato - Heart Attack

Demi Lovato's new album is now out for sale but back in 25th Feb 2013 she was just revealing the first single of the album - Demi - called Heart Attack.

I've been a fan of Demi because of the strong instrumentals and good lyrics of her songs like Got Dynamite, Get Back or Give Your Heart A Break, but this song is too generic, and not the best choice for a lead single.

Heart Attack that was co-written by Demi, has a cute lyrics, powerful vocals, awesome bridge but the instrumental is not something new and sometimes I feel like she's trying to show us that she has a great voice - when she spends the whole chorus screaming - and that's something that we already know.

For a start I'd call it a "Warm Start" but the album surprised me and you'll be reading a review about it soon.

The video is just a rip-off of La Tortura by Shakira but I really liked those scenes with the guitar where she's just singing with a band in a huge parking lot. All that messy black liquid is just not necessary.

Overall I think it was a satisfying song with a compatible video but it's not my favorite work presented by Miss Lovato.
