Daft Punk - Get Lucky

Today I'm reviewing the first (and hopefully not the last) single from the long-awaited Daft Punk's return with their newest album: Random Access Memories or for short RAM.

The french duo presents us with a new sound for their new album. And I mean not only "electronic stuff" but also with real instruments and guitar players. And a good example of this is really the single Get Lucky.

Get Lucky shows us a different approach with somewhat 70's sounds and the amazing guitar sounds by the one and only Nile Rodgers and the great vocals by Pharrell Williams (Who's 40?!). And did I mention It was co-written by these two?

It already counts with 31+ million views only in the "Audio Version" and this proves that 8 years of waiting it's nothing if the fans get quality like this, this also show that Daft Punk aren't just another EDM group like millions of others. Get Lucky it's that song that makes you feel good and gets you hook on the melody...like your favourites songs in which you just want it to ever end. Not to mention it's the #1 song in the world and has already broke some records in Itunes! And it was #1 in almost every country.

And I can tell you that the rest of the album is just as amazing as the single, but don't worry in this weekend I'm going to do a full review of the album; So stick around!
